TEACHING PLAN
I learned that the Indonesian education system does not focus on teaching grammar explicitly, but rather embedded it in the context of texts. They don't isolate grammar skill when teaching, they incorporate it with reading, writing, speaking and listening skills. Also, they are not fond of games for ice breaker or motivation al activity, that's why when I incorporate games before or during the lesson, I can tell that students really had fun. Yes! we can do both too, learning while having fun. I also include music, short stories, and video clips that can help me deliver the lesson well.
In terms of creating the lesson plan, my cooperating teacher told me that I can do where I am comfortable making one, I can use my school's template or the SMA Labschool template that she sent me. For my mentor teacher, she advised me to use both and keep in my that my objectives and assessments aligned always.

TEACHING PRACTICE
During my teaching practice with the Grade 10 and 11 ]students, our class sessions typically lasted 80-120 minutes and followed a structured routine. I began by greeting the students and giving them time to settle in. Afterward, I took attendance by roll calling each student by name. We started with an ice breaker activity to create a friendly and engaging atmosphere. Then, I briefly reviewed them with key concepts from previous lessons before leading a discussion on the current topic. To enhance understanding, I organized interactive activities such as games, poster-making, pair or group activity and listening activities. Finally, I assigned tasks, either for in-class completion or as homework, to reinforce the learning. experience.
